Can I buy tickets at the door?

Yes, you can either purchase tickets at the door or online. We recommend purchasing your tickets online to avoid possible queues at the ticketing counter. You can buy tickets here.

How do I get in with my online ticket?

You can either bring a printed copy of your ticket which will be scanned at the door, or you can show it on your mobile device.

Are purchased tickets refundable?

Our policy is that all ticket purchases are non-refundable. If you detect an error in the transaction, please contact us and we will review it.

Do children get in free?

Each child requires a regular ticket for admission, except infants and toddlers under the age of two.

Can I attend the Opening Night Premiere Party?

Yes, you can attend by purchasing Opening Night Tickets here.

Where do I park?

Parking is available in the self parking garage at the Palm Beach County Convention Center. The Convention Center also offers valet service. For parking details, see Parking and Directions.

How do I become an exhibitor at the show?

The show is open to galleries only, not individual artists. There is a selection process after you submit an application online.

Are cameras allowed?

Yes. You may take pictures of your favorite works but it’s polite to check with the gallery owners first. Please do not distract them if they are with a client.

Can I bring my sketchbook?

Sketchbooks are not permitted in the show.

Can I bring art to be appraised?

No outside artwork is allowed in the show.

If I am an artist, can I show my portfolio to galleries?

No, you may not. You are welcome to take a business card and contact any gallery at a later date.

Are we able to ship our purchased art directly from the show?

Yes, most galleries can make the necessary shipping arrangements.

Is there coat/bag check?

No, we do not offer a service for checked items such as coats, bags, or bulky items.

Are dogs allowed?

Only service dogs, with proper documentation, are allowed in the show.

Are there wheelchairs for rent?

The Palm Beach County Convention Center medics office will provide a limited number of wheelchairs free of charge, on a first come, first served basis.

How do I become a VIP member?

VIP Gold Card membership is primarily open to art patrons and collectors, curators, museum directors, and gallery owners. Please email [email protected] with membership questions and requests.

What are the benefits to VIP membership?

Your VIP membership includes:
  • Access to our password-protected VIP website
  • Opening Night Premiere + Art Party complimentary admission, January 25, 2023, 6pm – 10pm
  • First look privilege and opportunity to view and purchase art before the general public
  • Invitation to parties and events reserved for VIPs
  • Access to the VIP Lounge during regular show days and hours
  • Early entry on weekend show days
  • Unlimited admission to Art Palm Beach during regular show days and hours
